Machine Learning and Oil and Gas Reservoirs

Machine learning model

Using electrical signals obtained while drilling a well, a machine learning model is created. After the training process, reservoir maps are created inferring model predictions. A core is a cylindrical section obtained by drilling with special tools into hydrocarbon reservoir. Using computer vision, it is possible to quantify multiple aspects of the rock.
